WA Will Week

Sunday 10 March – Saturday 16 March 2019

The Public Trustee runs WA Will Week every year with the aim of encouraging Will-making among Western Australian adults and to reduce the rate of intestacy. A Will is one of the most important documents you can have, so WA Will Week is the perfect time to start preparing your will.

During WA Will Week, you'll have the opportunity to learn about important considerations when making a Will, who can contest your will and what's involved for executors in the deceased estate administration process.

The Public Trustee also holds information sessions for community organisations who would like to know more about our services.
