WA Will Week

Monday 9 to Friday 13 March 2020

The Public Trustee runs WA Will Week every year with the aim of encouraging Will-making among Western Australian adults and to reduce the rate of intestacy. A Will is one of the most important documents you can have, so WA Will Week is the perfect time to start preparing your will.

During WA Will Week, you'll have the opportunity to attend a free information seminar to learn about important considerations when making a Will, who can contest your will and what's involved for executors in the deceased estate administration process.
