A person aggrieved by a decision of the Public Trustee may make a complaint in writing to the Director of Client Services requesting further investigation.
If the Administrator is not satisfied with the outcome of the process, further review may be sought on application to the State Administrative Tribunal.
Further review is available from the WA Ombudsman, and the State Government through the Attorney General.
